FAQs

What materials can you deliver and place?

We deliver and precisely place a wide range of materials including rock, sand, soil, compost, bark mulch and more. If you’re unsure whether your material is compatible with conveyor placement, just ask — we’ll let you know quickly.

How far can your conveyor trucks throw material?

Our trucks can place material up to approximately 100 feet depending on angle and material type. We can reach over walls, fences, into backyards, foundations, and hard-to-access locations without the need for other heavy equipment.

What are the benefits of using a conveyor truck over traditional equipment?

Conveyor placement is faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective. It reduces labor, eliminates wheelbarrow work, minimizes site disruption, and can complete jobs in a fraction of the time.  We are able to place material in hard to access locations that other equipment cannot reach.

What areas do you service?

We provide conveyor truck services in Oregon and Washington including: Portland Metro Area and Surrounds, Columbia River Gorge, Salem Metro Area, Wine Country, Oregon Coast and Vancouver Metro Area.

Do you work with contractors, homeowners, and landscape yards?

Yes. We regularly support commercial contractors, residential builders landscape contractors, material sources, and homeowners. Whether you're placing base rock for a driveway or mulch in a backyard, we’re equipped for all project sizes & types.

How do I schedule a delivery?

You can schedule by phone call, email, or text. Once we know the material type, quantity, and project details, we’ll confirm pricing and set up delivery.

How much material can one truck carry?

We place 16-22.5 yards depending on material volume/density. Our dispatch team will let you know how much material we can deliver per load once you have determined what product you want to place.

Does someone need to be onsite for delivery?

Not always. As long as we have clear instructions, safe access, and no hazards or obstacles that need to get moved, we can complete work without you present. For precision work or detailed grading preferences, we recommend being onsite or providing a site contact.

What surfaces or obstacles can you place material around?

Our conveyors can place over fences, walls, foundations, landscaping, down or up hill and into tight spaces. We’ll have you provide photos or drawings ahead of time so we can plan access safely.

How should I prepare the site before you arrive?

Please ensure access is clear of vehicles and obstacles. Let us know about overhead wires, soft ground, narrow driveways, or steep inclines. Please protect windows, siding, doors near placement location with tarps or plywood. Communicate with dispatch about putting trucks on concrete surfaces. Safety and access determine the success of the job.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards and can set up net 30 terms through a credit application process. For new customers, payment is due at the time of service unless terms are established.

How much notice do I need to book?

Same-day or next-day service is generally available based on fleet availability.
